A swan, a goose and a geezer

This is my final post as I am passing on the baton to Stephen. Stephen is shifting desks and will now sit near Leo in finance.

Leo, it has been an honour and a privilege.

leo chooses not to run

apologies for the lack of posts over the last two weeks. leo returned to the homeland to train and compete in the 110m hurdles at the beijing olympics. needless to say, despite or possibly and even more tragically, as a result of the weight of public expectation, whilst crouching in the starting blocks and in the hands of the starter, leo made a decision that skyrocketed him into a stratosphere of public scrutiny beyond that even of this blog. leo chose not to run.

the upshot of all of this is leo is back, where he belongs, sitting next to me in finance. more soon. 

it's all relativity

last weekend leo and his mate neil worked out how to bend time. neil really likes mythbusters and leo had the afternoon off from the phone warehouse so they decided to dabble in a little quantum physics. after solving the puzzle that stumped einstein what did leo do? go back and win a million on gurner's lane in the melbourne cup? travel forward in time and bring back the cure for cancer?  hang out with marty mcfly, doc and the delorean?  no, to prove his mastery of the laws that govern the physical universe, leo wore his "casual friday converse" on a wednesday. C-R-A-Z-Y!

a source close to leo, known only as "mother goose" has confirmed our hero's predilection for taping various parts of his anatomy to accentuate his couture j-lo style.

in unrelated news, krystle is looking for her duct tape.

flying in the face of conventional wisdom, leo shook up the popular office tradition of casual friday. glamming it up in a pair of black jimmy choo pumps, leo took a twirl around the office, delighting all with his lightness of foot and subtle use of mascara. next week: leo's interpretation of fantasy football - can't wait!

leo celebrates finding the missing 23 cents from the IL account, a day according to leo, "only bettered by Budget Day and on a level with when I balanced the till at the phone warehouse."
